The Serius Foot Cradles hold your foot comfortably and securely.  They are easier to get in and out of than any other body weight trainer, and are big enough for the largest of shoes.  Foot Cradles can be attached during your training session or clipped on when you need them.  Clip one Foot Cradle to two Handle Straps and you have a Leg Cradle for side planks!

Here are the product specifications of your SERIUS STRAP Body Weight Trainer with Detachable Handles: 

·         All webbing used is 1 ½ inch nylon webbing, 6200 pounds test

·         Box “X” stitching with #69 100% nylon thread on all sewn seams (6200 pounds test webbing will not hold 62 pounds if the sewing is not up to par).  We used commercial nylon thread sewn with a Box-X pattern by computer controlled sewing machines for the strongest possible seam.

·         6.2 mm chrome plated steel wire D-Rings rated at over 1000 pounds

·         8mm chrome plated steel wire Spring Clips rated at over 1500 pounds

·         Each Steel Cam Buckle is rated at 1500 pounds

·         The removable Foot Cradles feature a non-slip rubber liner to hold your foot securely during exercise

·         MarV Handles are injection molded plastic, assembled with climbing grade rope, connectors and O-rings for your safety and use

·         Neoprene Grip Cushions for your handles are removable so you can wash and disinfect them
